Returns/Exchange Policy

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS/RETAILERS: Returning or Exchanging an Order/Product(s)

NETPRO will pay a full refund on any order returned due to faulty products.

If you want to return an order, and the reason is NOT because of faulty products, simply return the order/product(s) to us in its COMPLETE, ORIGINAL, UNUSED CONDITION within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused and, as much as possible, must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund LESS 20% restocking fee (20% of original invoice for order/products), upon receipt of returned order/product(s), assuming invoice for order/product(s) being returned has already been paid in full by you.

In such case where you have not yet paid the invoice for the order/products being returned, a cheque for the 20% restocking fee (20% of original invoice) must accompany the returned order/products.

Alternatively, if you prefer, we will EXCHANGE an order/product for a differently desired item (i.e., different T-shirt or shoe size), but you must pay the delivery charge associated with returning the product AND the new delivery charge for the new product ordered in its place. Any difference in price from original product will be either added or subtracted.

PLEASE NOTE:

1.     Orders/products will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 30 days of receipt of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

2.     Include with the returned order/product(s) a signed letter stating the reason for returning and a copy of the original receipt.

3.     The returned order/product(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a dependable and/or insured delivery service.

4.     The shipping cost of returning the product(s) to NETPRO is your responsibility.

5.     Original delivery charge paid on order/product(s) being returned is only refundable where products were found to be faulty.

6.     All orders/products being returned for reasons other than faulty products are subject to a 20% restocking fee (20% of orginal invoice), which is deducted from your refund (or which is paid to NETPRO with returned order/products if original invoice has not yet been paid) ... only when a product is found to be faulty is the 20% restocking fee waved.

7.     If you are returning an UNUSED clothing item, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color, and you will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will still be responsible to pay return shipping, along with any difference in price from original product(s).
